PRIVACY POLICY
The protection of your personal data is a matter of particular importance to us. We therefore process all data you provide exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. This English translation is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
CONTACTING US
We use the data you provide exclusively for the agreed purpose and do not pass it on to third parties under any circumstances, unless required by law or necessary to maintain the business relationship.
SERVER LOG FILES
When you visit our website, our web server automatically processes technical access data in so-called server log files: the page accessed, date and time of access, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, and the IP address of the accessing device. This data is stored exclusively locally on our server and evaluated there for statistical analysis of website usage and to ensure the stability and security of our services (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We do not use any third-party web analytics services, we do not use tracking cookies, and we neither merge the log data with other data sources nor pass it on to third parties. The log files are deleted automatically as part of regular log rotation.
FORM SUBMISSIONS
Through the demo request form on our website we collect the following data: Name Company (optional) Email address Message (optional) IP address (technical, to protect against abusive use)
We use this information exclusively to process your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). It is transmitted by email to our office mailbox; it is not shared with third parties. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
WE RESPECT YOUR RIGHTS: ART. 15 GDPR
Under Art. 15 GDPR, you generally have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed in any way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde). www.dsb.gv.at
